Back to the Berg!

So... if you haven't already heard the news, I got a job up at BYU-Idaho as a 1-year faculty member in the Communication Department. Jessica and I are pretty excited to head back up to our old stompin grounds for a year. We're especially excited to be close to Jon and Nicole again. Not to mention our thrill at getting to work for one of the truly great learning institutions of our time! We're not thrilled about the weather, but we've dealt with it before so we figure we can handle it. Look out Rexburg, here we come!

Congratulations Ben (and family)! You are the kind of people who will continue to build that great institution! Thanks for always being great examples. We hope you get to stop and say hi in your way through here. :) Even if it's for a break for the girls.

Congratulations! Drive by Wagon wheel you won't even recognize it. They have redone everything. The siding, the parking lot, the playground, and they even painted the doors I am told.

PS (because I'm still waking up =p) It's funny, I just posted on Rachel Ellis' blog how lonely Rexburg was because everyone had left, and then I read your blog about you coming back...

Okay, so I'm super excited for you guys as well. I had to laugh at your choice of logos attached to this blog entry. Do you know Tim? (the young man in the picture next the the BYU-I logo)
I have a picture of him holding Luke. He was one of my favorite friends in Rexburg when we lived there. Hung out at our apartment.
Anyway, I couldn't help but laugh at what a small world it is when people cross the same paths.
