I know I say this every comment, but I just CAN'T believe how big she is getting! wow. Every time Sean and I look at your post, Sean says, "I held her when she was just a tiny baby" ... or "we babysat her when she was just a wee little baby!" ... she is so cute :) I hope you guys had a happy halloween ... we miss you so much! Oh, and for the sticky chicken - 1 to 1 brown sugar and Frank's hot sauce. Batter chicken with egg then flour ... put in pan with oil .... rotate and cook until chicken is cooked through but not too crispy. Place in baking dish and completely cover with sticky sauce. Put in oven (350) until chicken is warmed through and sauce is stickier (about 10 minutes)... this is just to make sure that the chicken is cooked, it makes it just a little crispier, but not too crispy, and it makes the sauce a bit stickier. Cut up celery sticks to dip in ranch or any other sauce you like. I think ranch really compliments the sticky sauce. It's one of our feel good meals. I hope you like them! Love you guys.
